Good ceramic knives at an affordable price

I've been using ceramic knives at home for almost 20 years. My favorite brand is Kyocera, but these are a very close second for a drastically lower price. If you don't want to spend the money for Kyocera, this should be your next choice. Just make sure you treat them well and use as recommended.

Not for dense vegetables

The knives are sharp tomatoes are a breeze but on denser items like large potatoes or sweet potatoes the blade cuts goes in about a quarter inch and wedges it is the bevel and blade thickness so I use them for light work and they are great wish they were more versatile

Very sharp and light-weight

I love these knives, but I wish they came with blade-protectors. Even though trying to be very careful I managed to break the tip off one the first week.
