TAF Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Factory defects will be replaced or unconditionally refunded less shipping costs. The products sold by TAF are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for ninety (90) days after its original purchase date. In the event such a defect occurs, TAF will refund, repair or replace the defective products free of charge. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover the damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use of or accidental damage to the product (such as small chips or broken tips, however, these can often be repaired by resharpening). If you need to sharpen the knife, bring it to a qualified knife shop that has a powered diamond-sharpening wheel.
The warranty above sets forth the full extent of TAF's responsibilities regarding the products covered by this warranty. Repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price, at TAF's option, is the exclusive remedy. TAF MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE KNIFE RELATING TO ITS QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT, SHALL TAF BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS, LOST PROFITS OR SAVINGS , OR OTHER INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH PRODUCT, TO THE FULL EXTENT SUCH MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT WILL TAF'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE KNIFE.
