SHIPPING

All orders will be processed and shipped Monday – Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you prefer not to disclose your information over the internet, feel free to contact us to make offline arrangements to complete your order or fill out the order form and fax to 808-734-2315. All domestic orders will be shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail with signature confirmation and should take 3-5 business days. For domestic shipping rate information click HERE.

All international orders will be shipped by US Postal Service Express Mail with tracking and should take 3 - 5 business days. If your international locations does not appear upon checkout please email us for product availability and shipping quote.  We will not be responsible for any additional charges such as customs duties, brokerage fees, etc.  Please check with your local customs agency about additional charges before ordering.

RETURNS

You may return or exchange merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges within 30 days of date of purchase. (NOTE: Shipping charges are NOT refundable). No exchanges/returns after 30 days. Merchandise must be returned in the condition it was received with original packaging.  Please include a copy of your receipt, insure and send your return via US Postal Service to the address below.  Shenzhen Knives makes no warranty for products modified by the buyer or subject to misuse or neglect.
